TICKET QUESTIONS
Q: When will my Holiday Gift Package tickets arrive?
A: The "tickets" are in the gift box, they are the vouchers within the lanyards. All you need to do is show up on whichever day(s) you would like to attend and we will exchange the vouchers for actual tickets at the main admission gate.
Q: I have not received my tickets yet, when will they arrive?
A: All tickets ordered prior to June 26 have been mailed. Please allow 8-10 days for delivery. Tickets ordered after June 26 are mailed every two days.
Q: I have a Fore Pack, can the four tickets be used all on the same day?
A: Yes, all four of the Fore Pack tickets can be used on the same day - even on Sunday.
Q: The tickets I bought at King Soopers say I need to exchange them at the admission gate. When and where do I do this?
A: You will need to exchange them at the ticket box office on your way in to the championship. Unfortunately, these can not be exchanged in advance of the championship.
Q: How do I get a ticket for my kids?
A: Kids are FREE at the Senior Open, so no tickets are needed, just show up on whichever day(s) you would like to attend.
Q: I heard about Military Family Day on July 30, do I need to make reservations?
A: No reservations are needed, just show up with your family and enjoy at day at the Senior Open. Visit the Military Family Day Page for additional information.
Q: I am no longer able to attend the championship, can I get a refund?
A: No, unfortunately, all ticket sales are final.
SPECTATOR QUESTIONS
Q: What handicap services do you provide?
A: Spectators needing assistance traversing the golf course are encouraged to borrow a Pride Mobility Scooter at the main admission gate. The scooters are provided free of charge and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Should all the scooters be rented upon your arrival, a member of the Disability Services volunteer committee located at the main admission gate can transport you to one of the on course bleachers.
Q: Is there handicap parking?
A: Yes, handicap parking is available at the World Arena. Visit the Parking Page for additional information and maps.
Q: Can I bring my cell phone to the championship?
A: No, cell phones and PDAs are not permitted at the championship. We will have two call centers located on the course where you can make a call back to the office, check messages or arrange to be picked up.
Q: Can I bring my camera?
A: You are welcome to bring your camera in during the Practice Rounds (Monday - Wednesday), however they are not permitted during the Championship Rounds.
Q: I plan to ride my bike, can I bring it in the championship?
A: No, unfortunately, bikes can not be brought in to the championship. We will have plenty of bike parking available in LOT B, adjacent to the admission gate. Visit the Parking Page for additional information and maps.
Q: How much does it cost to park?
A: All parking is provided free of charge. Spectator parking is located at the intersection of Drennen Rd and South Academy, visit the Parking Page for additional information and maps.
Q: Can you buy food and drinks on the course?
A: Yes, there are numerous concessions tents throughout the course serving a variety of food and drinks. Please note, food and drinks can not be brought in to the championship.
Q: Can you recommend an area hotel or camp ground?
A: Yes, we have a number of properties listed on the Local Information Page; scroll down, they are toward the bottom.
